Twitter Reacts To MI Abaga’s Comment About Wizkid

Akon recently took to Instagram to share a photo of himself and Wizkid in a show in Ghana and captioned it "me and my lil bro."
Reacting to this, MI wrote:
“I have an opinion: few African artists in diaspora actually did anything to REALLY help the movement.. as a fan of Wizkid (which I am) I don’t see Wiz as lil bro to Akon.. he has overcome larger obstacles to accomplish way more (in my eyes). In my opinion, Wiz is Lil bro to none."
But this did not sit well with some social media users and has attracted more criticism than applause.
Here are comments made by some social media users:

“Mi Abaga thought Wizkid fans would support him, but “omi teyin wogbin lenu”. So you mean Akon should have tweeted “Me and my boss Wizkid” ? But it’s this same you that called Vector of 33yr old your son. “Judas The Rat” you don come again.”
“I don’t see a problem with Akon addressing Wizkid as “Lil Bro”. After all, he’s not his mate in the first place. I am sure Wizzy himself is cool with it. Let’s stop taking panadol for other people’s headache.” —Wale Adetona.
"Wizkid to Akon might have a brother relationship, they might have bond outside business, MI stirring up issues is just a hint that he’s a trouble maker tbh. Sometimes keep your opinion in your head especially when it could ruin certain positive relationships." —Volqx @volqx.
